Commando Rules updated to v0.6

The BattleRoller: Commando rule book has been updated to version 0.6. This version adds some clarifications for specific edge cases as well as includes explanatory images to help illustrate some of the more confusing rules like determining Range as it relates to elevation or height. Notable changes include adjustments to when "falling damage" rolls are required, "climbing down" to get down from higher elevations without having to roll for falling damage, and more detail and deeper explanations for determining Height Advantage over another player's character.
