Event Report:
Saturday I was a featured sponsor at the Maker Depot #MakerParty! I had #BattleRoller with me and was able to demo/play with some new folks and get them interested in it as well as entice some kids into designing their own minis w/ the Mini Maker and then print them on the spot. it was a pretty fun time and I'm going to be partnering with Maker Depot to do more events in the future! It should make for some pretty awesome things coming for Wu Long Toys.
Sunday I did a private BattleRoller demo for Andrew Baumgartner, who runs several FB groups and writes game reviews for a couple tabletop gaming blogs. We had a fantastic time playing as we explored some Commandos gameplay, teams, and even Commandos vs a Roller. I was able to find a couple weak points in the game that could be tightened up but overall it went very smoothly and was a lot of fun. Andrew is totally on board the BattleRoller Train now and is very supportive of me taking this to Kickstarter and offered some great insight into what all I should "bring to the table" with such an offering.
Big Plans, I say, BIG PLANS!
